Op onze whiskykaart staan een aantal klassiekers, maar vooral whisky's die we hebben leren kennen op tastings die we regelmatig bijwonen, maar vooral ook tijdens onze vele bezoeken aan distilleerderijen in Schotland. Enkel deze waar we echt een wow effect van kregen voegen we toe aan onze collectie, alsook de "zeldzame of distillery only" flesjes. We weten dat er nog veel meer op de markt is dan wat we hieronder voorstellen, maar we verzamelen stillekes verder...
We bieden ook een mooie selectie Asta Morris aan, handig samen gelijst, alsook een mooie selectie oude blends uit de jaren 60-70 (zie onderaan de kaart)

Islay is één van de westelijke eilandjes waar men vooral krachtige,geturfde malts, sommige met een medicinaal karakter, produceert. De rokige turfsmaak bekomt men door de gerst te drogen boven een vuur gestookt met turf .
